Worst don't go there. They are intrested to take money from you. No service , no water provided no hot water. Do not prefer . No blanket. Staff rude Cheating the customer. You get more or less the rate than this hotel

very nice place we stayed with family we enjoyed good service ,room ,food ,and ambiance is absolutely great good place to stay well maintained good behaviour staff excellent place to relax ONE DRAWBACK ONLY THE PARKING

It was a good trip overall. The rooms were clean. We booked 2 rooms. One was 406 which was clean. Another one was 411 in which the washroom was not good, was a bit leaking in the washroom. They also dont have parking within the hotel premises, it's just at the corner of a petrol pump near to the hotel. The management have to clean and maintain the washrooms properly.

Location- Very near to Stadium Bus stand. Also in the heart of the city. We can see lots of cinema halls and restaurants around this hotel. Rooms - Decent and clean. Bath fittings are lill old, Shower is not working properl. Breakfast- They provides buffet breakfast with luscious spreads. Staffs - were so friendly and helpful Overall, a good stay. Highly recommended!

Very disorganized, took many attempts to get anything sorted: extra beds, towels, room cleaning. Staff and the information they gave was totally unreliable. Communication was poor. Lift was broken, hot water is only on for a few hours in the morning, and even then sometimes didn't work. Towels were old and some ripped. Breakfast was extremely basic. You have to log in to the wifi every hour to get connection. Rooms were clean and very spacious, although they are only cleaned on request. Hotel has a good location with restaurants walkable distance. Doorman was very nice. If you are a foreign tourist, I don't recommend this hotel. The staff are happy to promise everything but unfortunately cannot deliver. The level of English is poor. Laundry was promised to us in 24hrs and took 3 days, with items getting lost in the process. Better to go to a dhobiwallah on the street. If you are staying one night it would be fine, but more than 2 becomes tiresome.
